Meet Ms. Webb
Webb of Support was born in the classroom.

As a math teacher, I created a space where students felt deeply supported, academically and personally. Once students entered my classroom, they were “caught in the Webb of Support,” and that support didn’t disappear when the school year ended.

I stayed connected, continued mentoring, and made sure students had what they needed to succeed.

Students don’t just need support in the classroom; they need it beyond it. And the adults serving them need the tools, systems, and guidance to truly help them succeed.

That same philosophy now drives my work beyond the classroom.
With over a decade of experience as a math educator, instructional coach, and academic systems leader, I’ve worked across classrooms, schools, and networks to strengthen instruction and build systems that sustain student success.

Webb of Support exists to ensure that:
-
Students are never left to navigate learning alone
-
Educators are equipped to teach with confidence and clarity
-
Schools have systems that actually support success

I believe that strong systems and strong relationships create lasting academic success.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine, a master’s in Public Administration from the University of Georgia, and a master’s in Educational Leadership from Columbia University, Teachers College.
